The whole vlog, chicken, dogs thing is new for me. Linda's instructional videos of pressure canning and meals in a jar is how I got started. So I'm very fond of those videos. I love everything she does even if its not conducive to my lifestyle. She has so much to give. Much more than I am using at this time, but maybe in another time. Thank you Linda. And doesn't her hair and makeup always look great? I totally can't pull that off housekeeping and going to work, but I try. She is an inspiration.

First, let me say I'm going to try to duplicate this on an electric grill. No sun oven in my future. This is not a request for a sun oven recipe, but a while back you did some recipes for freezer meals. I know other people have done those too, but I trust YOU and I can't afford to make some bummer recipe that ends up in the trash. I would love if you could do some more of that type of recipe.
That looks wonderful! Is the salsa Verde a green salsa? I think your pot holders are really pretty, are they crocheted with a heat proof batting inside?
