Check out the video(ruclips.net/video/m-PPuwk0kRs/видео.html), in the video we used the galvo laser to kiss cut the heat transfer vinyl, the cutting effect is great and speed is fast.
We suggest using laser-safe vinyl to be laser cut, there is no chlorine produced. But if you are producing pvc vinyl, please install a fume extractor to ensure production safety. There are some various types of fume extractor for you to choose: www.mimowork.com/fume-extractor/

Good for you. Yeah, Laser cutting foam is very cost-effective, but many people are still unaware of the benefits of laser technology. That's why we're all about spreading the word on laser vibes.
What products are you working with using the laser cutter?
