One of the most dangerous things I have heard recently is the message that God is still speaking and making corrections on His word. I'll be the first to say that the Holy Spirit does tell us things, but those things are always in alignment with God's word! God isn't sitting on His throne making corrections to the parts of the Bible that people don't like. Anyone who says He is doing that is lying to you!

Mormons teach that God and Jesus came down to Joseph Smith and told him that Christianity had been corrupted. Never apologize for speaking truth. It is God's truth that, when put into practice, will make us free. This is one of the best messages I've heard in a long time.
@@TheKevin29or Interesting comment. Interesting that my short comment should evoke a sermon from you. Within the video I did not hear religious self-righteousness, nor was there a lack of love. It was simply biblical truth spoken in love and applied to our world today, spoken to bring freedom in Christ as we align ourselves with Him.
Prov. 27:5 says "Open rebuke is better than secret love". If you could not perceive the love with which the message was spoken, then you are blinded by your own self-righteousness and inability to receive from others.

@@CliffBellthe simple but effective solution is first be under the tutillage of the Holy Spirit. Live a consencrated life to Christ. This is a life as led by the Holy Spirit NOT what we READ in the bible. Paul teaches this well in Romans chapter 6. ONLY the Holy Spirit can prepare us adequately. We can't prepare ourselves. This is where we see at close scrutiny IF GOD IS the LORD (owner) of our lives. Is our WILL still alive ? God cannot use us effectively IF our will is still alive. Hence the verse SEEK Him with ALL your SOUL, MIND and heart.
Many of us never get there.
I mean to the place where we have a personal intimate relationship with God.
That's what He desires.
The bible says God's ways are not man's ways so we have to submit to Him fully to grow spiritually. Our weaknesses are different and He knows them. God does not teach us theory to get rid of them but uses dealings to teach - practical experience in life because the flesh has nothing to offer but the Spirit is life.

Keep going. They say we are few and weak and that we will lose. But our number does not matter for God is with us. And the victory has been won by Him.
The wrong use of the rainbow gets my Bp up. The devil convinced them to use a sign of God's promise for evil. I'm pretty sure I'm right about this, if you know different tell me, but the rainbow is also stretch out above God's thrown, in heaven as well. My spirit wants to get upset because of what they have done to try and corrupt its true meaning. Now most people will think of that community of people before they remind themselves that it is a sign from God saying that He will never flood the world again. Now there will be older generations that won't teach their children its true meaning and until they read it in the Bible or hear it in a sermon, they will have no idea that it a sign of God's promise to the world, to never flood it again. It's true beauty will be tarnished in our worldly minds, eventhough people can't tarnish what God doesn't allow to be tarnished.

I’ve enjoyed studies in the book of Job for over forty years and my continued enjoyment of Pastor Mark teaching in large part due to exposition just like this one. Jude is a heavy book but honestly, if studied hermeneutically, everyone of the sixty six books of the Bible can be. Come Lord JESUS!!

Many preachers now won't preach hell and condemnation because the people of the world don't think they're bad. They don't know that they're going to hell without Christ and the man in the pulpit doesn't want to hurt their feelings. Instead he lies and falsely tells them they're mostly good not mostly bad. He should tell them the truth that we are all bad, but the difference is that when we accept Christ as our savior, it's his blood covering us that get us into heaven not who or what we are. Fear of not being liked or being talked about is what they allow to influence the way that they preach God's word to the lost. Now, they don't hurt their feelings or ego, but now the pastor has condemned their souls by not preaching the truth and he will reap that on the day of judgement.

I need help interpreting the Bible. I’ve been dealing with demonic false prophets my entire life, all because of my presence and existence.
Driscoll is a false prophet. He twists scripture to align with a cold-hearted political party and culture. Read the New Testament and Christ's life and instructions. This will contrast with the priorities and values of conservative Christians like Driscoll. You have to choose. Do you follow Christ or the contaminated gospel that serves conservative culture and politics.
I can help!! 👋👋👋 Go to the end to know the entire purpose for human existence, according to Jesus. Read MATTHEW 25: 31-46. This is Christ's description of the Judgment. See how he sorts the redeemed from the damned. ❤️🐑❤️ or 🔥🐐🔥? Most Christians ignore this. Conservative Christians definitely ignore this! It states very clearly that the entire purpose for our lives on earth is to develop love and empathy for the poor and needy. We are meant to choose God and then mature to be like Him. God is love.❤ So we must grow to be like our Father in heaven and help others to do the same. That is our purpose. Nothing else matters. Christ clearly says this, but Driscoll would call this "woke" because his political party detests such love. JESUS SAYS WHAT HE SAYS
