@@JordanJSparks Haha yeah isn't she adorable? Unfortunately since dance moms she's been diagnosed with tourettes syndrome and has had to face some challenges with that. Still she continues to thrive as a dancer and I couldn't be more proud. She is so unbelievably strong and watching her on WOD is so exciting❤️ Thanks for the reply xo!
@@thebilliejeansfandomvideos2004 I think just because the first dance was dedicated to Naia and her condition. I do believe that their cut round routine features both of them! I am not completely sure though.
I LOOOOVE this dance and this team! When they introduced Naia and talked about Selective Mutism, I was stunned! I had Selective Mutism growing up and no one seems to know about it, so I loved that they raised awareness about it 💜💜💜 Hoping to see this group go far (or even win) in this competition!
As a 19 year old girl, and a dancer myself since the age of 2 1/2, seeing these young girls dance in such a way that pretty much is so extraordinary, I am very impressed and it leaves me feeling so inspired by them because how young they are, and how talented they are. They can do so many tricks that I could ever have imagined myself doing at the age of 8. These little girls are truly an inspiration to so many people and dancers out there. They have so much potential when they perform and it definitely shows, especially the little girl who did that super cool trick on the floor, God bless her, well God bless all of them.
Actually that blonde centre front WAS on Abby's mini team for a while before her mom chose to leave. Probably for the best as look what great team she's on now. And that little girl doing the stomach spin, it's like her signature move, she does it in solos too, I think it's awesome aswell
I’ve actually known all these girls by name since they were each about 5... i love OCPAA and have followed each of their journeys, especially kendyl’s with tourette’s and naia’s with selective mutism! I really hope they at least make it to the top 3, along with Briar!
Yasss in the words of Ru Paul comee onn crazy 8's!!! I only knew of Kendyl from the mini team, so when I heard she and her team would be competing on WOD was like oh have to check this out. These girls are amazing!! Their flexibility and their technique, eat your heart out Abby lol. Totally reccomend watching their duels round too, it was a fun dance and one my favorites out the two dances they have done so far.
Ahhhhh found one from jimmy fallon back in 2017, gee you're not wrong, so much more mature, her voice has gotten so deeply rich and powerful ruclips.net/video/agyTn10mW74/видео.html
This group is a lot more than 8 girls dancing, two of them use dance to overpower their disabilities, the other 6 are the strongest team support possible. All of them between 10 to 12 years old. Orange County making good example of how to inspire people.
Areana Angel well I’m not here for that, I don’t think she’s faking , but she never even spoke to her own grandfather before he passed and she loved him, but JLo can miraculously make her say hi?!?!? I think she’s a cutie pie, but I think the story may be a bit hyped up. #JMO
@@MsDanstar hi there! I had Selective Mutism when I was younger. More than likely, she has been working through therapy with this. I'm sure if her Grandpa was still alive today, she would be able to talk to him now. Considering she was younger when he passed, she may have been in a more debilitative state of her selective Mutism. Honestly, her being able to talk to these girls on her dance team is a huge triumph! I'm sure that has helped her become more comfortable with speaking, too. Selective Mutism is extremely difficult to understand, but coming from someone who used to have it, I really don't think that it's being over hyped, I think it's that she is able to make more & more steps towards talking to others. Hope this doesn't sound rude and that it makes sense, I mean it in the best way possible 💜 I just know it can be very confusing
Also, I guess I shouldn't use words like "I'm sure" or anything like that. Maybe she wouldn't speak to him if he was here today. Selective Mutism is just, so so so challenging to deal with and to understand. Just wanted to clarify that it was my mistake to use any phrases like that, because who knows? I just wish I could explain it better but I hope this helps clarify for anyone who thinks it may be fake or exaggerated or anything 💗
MsDanstar I think the reason she never spoke to her grandfather was because she was very young and at the age where she couldn’t actually really speak. It’s very good that she is able to talk to the girls on her dance team and that she gained the courage to say hi to Jlo!
Abby Lee Miller-Eat Your Heart Out! They are definitely a dream team! That girl does look a lot like Kendyl (Kendall?) I love these girls, so adorable, especially the little one with selective mutism. I loved the video. Could you please do Chloe Lukasiak dancing 1 Almost Lover 2 Thick Skin 3 Alice ( Bianca Ryan) 4 Skyscraper I would love it if you could do that for me! Stay sparkly Jordan! LYSM
Kendyl definitely got the last laugh over Abby.
ahha right!!!
Haha yes that is Kendyl from the mini team!!
I totally thought so!

I actully think this this team WILL win World of Dance
If these girls stick together, in four years, they will win any competition.
