You articulate everything so clearly, always. You speak from the heart. Toxic relationships can indeed be a part of really learning about ourselves. We can move forward & experience greater things in our lives because of this. Love all your videos Joe. Thankyou for sharing as always ❤
This whole video is fantastic. The music & art aside, the last half of this is pure GOLD. There is so much in this video, a re-listen is necessary (many times.) Thank you for explaining intimacy so well. I am healing & getting my feet back under me, but felt like I was still "stuck" in this area of trust & vulnerability. Uh oh..the fear of being shamed..oooh...bingo...when sharing the deeper parts of myself. Felt that whole last part of the video, but now I know where I still need work. I appreciate these videos pointing toward healthy healing. Even the music is so soothing. Just know all your work you put into these & sharing through your own pain is so helpful to me.
🌺'One step at a time', so beautifully said. This is a Prayer for you and everyone who, this day, may welcome a kind word, a peaceful reprise and a soft place to fall 🤍
Yes only we humans can experience intimacy, we made to have it in our life, we crave for it and it's perfectly natural, the problem is that those nasty, evil narcs are prey on it and we unknowably trusting them, let them to be hurt in deepest way.💔 Great job Joe ! 👍👍 Thank you! 🤗❤
After your teaching me well on narcissism (on your other channel I guess, now that I look), which I appreciate greatly, I found myself focusing on myself and who I am. Well, I didn’t develop, so I’m focusing on philosophy that resonates with me. To find which values I really feel and which ones I’m just holding for some reason. It’s not a new search for me. I’m 60 and have been practicing and experiencing this question for decades. But, my perspective is now better informed about narcs and the unlikelihood it could change. . So far, I’ve found two. The essenes and the stoic teachings. I wonder if you’ve explored and pondered those. They may align with your values. Mahalo Joe 🤙
Beautiful! Thank you, Joe!

Great intuition and clarity succinctly spoken. Rarely repeats or ‘overcooks’.
Fantastic topic. 👍👌
Always remember what you KNOW is true, intuition IS a powerful GIFT!

Thank you Joe!
These longer videos between 15-30min are highly appreciated.
Yes, one step one day at a time.
