Thank you for your comment. I would agree to a certain point. What we eventually discover is that our Logic and Emotions disagree and will go to war with each other. The Holy Bible refers to these as our Flesh and Spirit, "For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so you do not do the things that you wish" (Galatians 5:17). We can cultivate both until we reach that critical moment, that crucial crossroads, when we deny our calling and purpose. Then things begin to fall apart. For many of us who are older, that moment has already passed. God keeps bringing us back to that moment...but we interpret it as something negative. Thank you again, and God Bless 🙏🏼
Thank you for your feedback. I will admit...this was a difficult video for me. It was my desire to put on display how much I leaned on logic in my previous life. None of this subject matter is easy. And I think that's the point. Jesus isn't complicated. Life isn't complicated. We made everything complicated, including society, so we could boast and justify ourselves. That especially includes me. I was one of those self-righteous idiots. I hope that makes sense. God Bless 🙏🏼
I would disagree that it’s “too complicated”… too complicated for what? The problem with describing complex ideas is often one of two: 1. Either it’s too complicated to understand. 2. Or it’s too simplified to be true. I think he managed this tension rather well! The goal, “Spread knowledge to the widest audience,” should rather be “reaching the widest audience that can apply and embody said knowledge”. In my opinion this video is closer to the second description of a goal.
We should cultivate both our logic and our emotions

You made it too complicated. To teach this, you need to keep it in the simplest everyday terms.
