@@labsoln we are using shimadzu 8050 when we start to set MRM for mixture of standard of compounds of the same groups with concentration of 1 ppm we don't get all the components optimised some of them don't apper in the final method for example a mixture of tetracyclines standards contain oxytetracycline , tetracycline, doxy tetracycline,and chlortetracycline with final volume of 1ppm when we set the mrm usually we get the result of 2 or 3 out of the 4 please help me identify the couse of this issue we tried deferent compounds different concentrations and still we have some compound missing at the final results.

Kindly follow below suggestion:
Please decrease the the concentration of tetracylines standards .you need to use 500 ppb std conc to optimize the voltage , precursor ion, product ions. In method optimization, select the option " optimization voltage" where you can fix precursor & product in method.
Kindly do this changing definately your method will become good.

After completing batch. I integrate standard and save method. I use this method file to process complete batch with data processing and it processed all data. But when I open file in browser window for statistical report. Some of the files do not show area 0 values. Some data files show results but mostly files with zero area and - - values.
Check RT value added during integration.
@@labsoln when I integrate individually data files. Still it show no results in browser window. The effect of integration in post run is not reflecting in browser window.
