NARBERTH CLASSIC 2019 WHEN IT ALL GOES TITS UP!

It was all going so well, relatively speaking, then it came to a sudden end. But at least I got back on and tried to continue the race. The hospital confirmed I've broken my collar bone and messed up the tendons and ligaments in my shoulder. Normal service will be resumed shortly.
