Whenever I am listening to the GVB band which includes David , I could not help listening and picking out David’s voice among the group because he has just a unique voice and his arrangement of this song is really fantastic. Many years ago, when I thought I was ten foot tall and bullet proof, I found this song in a hymn book that included the melody line and the lyrics. I had never heard the song. Over many weeks I learnt to play it, one note at a time followed by one bar until I could play it. Played badly, but still played. Thank you for the memory.
Always watching Gaither Vocal Band old and new videos, I thank GOD that i saw your one video in you tube then another one, then another one till i almost watched all youre videos because everytime i heard your song i felt GOD is so close to me and talking to me. Everytime Im lonely, happy , and excited Im finding always a way to listen to your songs. Everytime I meditated I didn't do it without hearing and singing your song first to bd followed by reading bible and praying, then listening and singing your song again. I guess Mark had not arrived yet because I know he sang in this reunion concert. So disappointed that I didn't know they were going to be in NYC. I would have been there. It's awesome to hear them all together, even though Mark hadn't gotten there yet. God is in their hearts and you can hear it so clearly.

For me he is great, but don´t forget, that tenors will always shine most, because they have the top notes, so you hear tenor lines more easily.
