America has a ‘full-time noncombatant’ in the White House

Political journalist John Fund discusses the next six months in American politics, with Biden in the White House but not running for re-election.
“We are going to have a six-month gap, it’s very dangerous our advisories have taken notice,” Mr Fund told Sky News host James Morrow.
“They could take advantage of the United States or its allies anytime within the next six months.”
“We have a half-time present or maybe just a full-time noncombatant in the White House.”
