WOW Tatiana I didn’t know you were expecting 🤩 CONGRATULATIONS I became a Dad over 14 1/2 years ago and I remember getting my son’s baby room prepared, I had Winnie The Pooh & Mickey Mouse stuff for him and NOW my teenage son is studying for his drivers permit now. That’s unfortunate that you and your fiancé have to temporarily relocate to another apartment unit. And I’d definitely help you and your fiancé with the packing and moving bc I know what it’s like to be a NEW parent and it’s an EXCITING time in that period of your life. I experienced it TWICE (2X) with two sons and they’re BOTH teenagers today. Keep me and your RUclips audience updated with baby “Lucas”
You sound like you're about to break down and cry. That is seriously rough. Sorry to hear about having to move. I'd imagine though that there is probably a lot of toxic mold from the flooding. So probably for the better for you and your son to leave that place until it's all fixed. That's got to be depressing though, the time to finally need to settle in and have your child and you have to be on the move. I hope you find a pleasant serene temporary home you can enjoy and be at peace in.

TRUST when I say that is the BEST thing for you and your baby!!!!! Black mold and mold spores are NO JOKE! It happened to me and my family....we only knew because it almost killed by dog 😭😭😭😭 Every-time we took her to the emergency vet to be put on oxygen she was find....the vet couldn't figure it out....finally I started to talk to neighbors in my apartment and come to find out 3 of them had black mold. It was in our walls.....now we are in a new place....no more headaches and my dog is alive❤❤❤❤

I think it’s a sign for you to leave maybe rent it out & stay there a few weeks a year. What if there’s a really bad leak & the floor caves in or there’s a fire. Not to spread fear but why live there when you could have a place in the country with a few acre’s where your animals & kids can play safe. You have one home on the beach get some thing in nature in the mountains or something w solar. Even the organic baby food is polluted w lead & metals. Get to know local organic farmers. Grow a small amount of food & make your own baby food.
