Similarly, we should have never gotten involved in Europe, especially WW1, WW2, Marshall Plan, NATO, Cold War, etc. We also should have never helped the former USSR countries, especially Russia after their collapse. The USA tried to go the peaceful and helpful way, but that failed... so now we need first strike nuclear weapons to correct many of lasting problems: China, Russia, North Korea.
