Yes Election Commission didn’t remove Zaka Ashraf from the position of Chairman PCB and and didn’t appoint him instead until and unless it comes from the govt , moreover it didn’t object on the appointment of Mohsin Naqvi as chairman PCB on his request, all being beyond the mandate of the Commission , pl keep in mind that the whole interim cabinet of KP was removed on the insistence of the Commission
