the last 15 years that the place was open it was a insane aslum and b4 that it was a tb place and when it firsted opend it was a nursing home..i no the caretaker and my uncle and father use to work there years and years ago so theres really not to many ppl who no more bout this palce then i do and expeclly sense i like 10 min. away and ive ben inside more times then anybody
I've been there probably 2 dozen times. Only on one occasion did I experience anything. Truth be told, I don't really believe in the supernatural. But that night, I was there with a friend and heard a little girl laugh while I was in the basement. We looked at each other, said nothing. After we got outside I asked him what he heard. He told me he heard a little girl laugh. This is a true story.
We had visited it a few times and have experienced a few weird things....its a beautiful building, ashame it was or is in really bad shape....does anyone know if it has been torn down?? I used to live in B Spa and visited this place many times
I did not talk to the caretaker. Every time we went we were trespassing. I would really recommend not going, the building is in horrible shape and is very dangerous. Private message me if you want more details.

actually the reason all the trucks were there was because they were just removing the barrels of asbestos, although they should to something with it sooner or later... :/

my dad use to work at a farm down the road when he was a young boy and he delivered eggs to this place
me too. Amsterdam here. Florida now but born and raised up there. If you're going to go do it this winter I think come next year it will be gone.

Apparently they are getting ready to do that within the next two months.
