    You also said that verbs only use '-s' What about "-es" for some important verbs such as 'GO' and 'DO' (goes/does) or they wash / he washes. There are many more which end with -es.

      Of course.
      English has a lot of exceptions in its rules.
      But yeah.
      does, washes, and goes are in their singukar form.

    Sa rule number 9 po. Sabi nyu po yung team at committee is singular so dapat singular verb din pero yung ginamit nyu po ay plural. Medyo malabo po pwede po paki explain t.y

    • @nomostud
      @nomostud  Год назад +3

      Singular verb means an s-form of the verb po. Eg. walks, talks, runs, etc.
      Plural verb means the base form will be used. Eg. walk, talk, run, etc. (No "s").
      Watch Rule 1 and 2 for the basic.
      Baka kasi nalito ka sa "s", ang nasa mind mo siguro is plural yung verb kasi may "s".

    Number 10 po pwde po pa explain sobrang Hina ko po talaga sa English
    1. Are = students
    2. Is =jacket
    1. Bakit po singular yong verb
    2. bakit po plural yong verb

    • @arwinsilvino05
      @arwinsilvino05 Год назад

      Is = singular verb
      Are = plural verb
      So students are plural subject so it must used are(plural) verb.
      While jacket is singular subject so it must used is(singular) verb.
