There is relatively little Canadian pro-Palestinian content on RUclips. Please continue posting and informing us. Thank you

I agree. Most Canadian televised content is simply the CBC, CTV or Global. We have no real independent news sources like Democracy Now!, The Real News Network, The Electronic Intifada or Double Down News. The Canadian Foreign Policy Institute YT channel tries to plug that gap as best it can. I don't know of any Canadian news channels or content creators openly discussing the catastrophe in Gaza and the West Bank for what it is. I don't mean to diminish the efforts of the CFPI. I'm simply talking about _any_ dedicated Canadian news channel, simply as reporting the facts on the ground as a news organization, rather than a political/policy institute that, clearly, has to fill the void left by our news corporations.

Thank you for this. It is important work.
edit: Have the Conservative Party committed to removing these "hate crime" laws off the books. Or are they no different than the Liberals?

Also the former ndp mpp in Ontario. They disenfranchised the whole constituency because they spoke in support of Palestinians .

Canada is no longer a free country. The last time freedom was eliminated was during the FLQ incident 1967. That was Pierre Trudeau Now we have his son doing everything he can to turn Canada into a Fascist State. Time for the dynasty to take it’s rightful place in history. Do not vote Liberal anymore. They are destroying the country.

Yes, and for me to believe the history of the NDP party to the most progressive party in social stability on our human rights. Has now become obvious that the NDP have been corrupted by extreme right wing ideology and has done away with from democratic free speech. Never again will vote NDP. I believe Jagmeet Singh should resign. Especially for him that Trudeau is a deplorable person for getting Jody Wilson-Raybould resign. All our Canadian political parties have become lackeys of USA & Israel foreign policy , and becoming dangerous to democracy and world stability.

Don’t let them make it about religion or race, that’s a canard; it’s about the rule of law and human rights.

Canada is a member of the geopolitical west. Such countries have been born under past atrocities of colonialism, imperialism and racism. The colonial and apartheid aims of the Zionist regimen do not differ and the litany of war crimes it is committing (right before our eyes) to achieve those aims, is being facilitated /encouraged by the more established members of the geopolitical west (esp the US, Germany… and yes Canada). Facilitation is not only achieved by giving the Zionist regime financial aid and the tools of war, it also supported by implementing strategies at the public levels to dumb down critical thinking, numb our sense of humanity, induce polarity and instil guilt (using propaganda, the media and antisemitism as instruments of war). As this important video shows, there are also intentional strategies aimed at the individual level to silence and threaten protesters who see and who wish to stop these kinds of injustices with imprisonment and smearing reputations… At what point will the Canadian government seriously question the profound costs to humanity of adhering to the outdated and warped aims/ objectives of the geopolitical west?

We should frame Palestine as an indigenous people who have suffered an injustice. Maybe then or prime Minister will pay lip service in support of Palestinian rights.😅

Jailed without charge: How Israel holds thousands of Palestinian prisoners
Israel has called Palestinians released under a truce with Hamas violent ‘terrorists.’ But most haven’t been charged.
The number of Palestinians held in Israeli prison has doubled since October 7th to 10,000 . Most held without charge and many women and children.
Almost all those released have been held without charge some for almost 8 years. Palestinians charged in the west bank are tried by military courts with few having access to lawyers
