Hey guys, First video completely made on the new computer, old headset's mic though ;) The Meteor F.8 is an interesting clipped wing edition of the good old Meteor, and it feels great at 8.0. Well flown Meteors allways used to be scary. Remember my first encouter with this some X years ago. It was just a pain and frustration when I was trying to turnfight it.. never again :D But once mastered Yak-23, the wind has changed.
Vampire, Meteor, Swift is my favorite combo at the minute. Been playing on and off for like five years. It's about time I got stuck into the jet age lol. I just love props more. Cheers Jengar.
@@jengar6258 I used to love props but with the 25min you only get the boring part of props (climbing/reseting fights by getting distance with 20kph top speed difference...) and you can't really have those insane carry that make your heart pound so I've basically stop playing props. (Sad)
@@vedeved5246 its my mission to spade every plane in the game so im gonna be playing props for a while. jet games are faster paced yet but it gets less fun at missile tier as there isnt as many gun kills. the area where props shine is those long dogfights with planes with similar performance and its really just who the more skilled player is. I personally think early jets(7.0-8.3) are the best because it sort of combines the fast paced gameplay with fun.
The duel against the F84F was very nice, shame to get nothing out of it. Thought you were gonna pull off the snap shot at the end of the rolling scissors.
Wow... This is one good looking sexy jet! I think the clipped wings actually enhanced it's aesthetics, and coupled with round engines it is a very nice curvy plane.
Seems like a common trend that mic quality is reducing over the years with new headsets, I had an old Redragon Siren II with a micro stem headset and nothing I've heard since then has equalled the voice quality, especially not my current headset at around 4x the price of old faithful.
Hey man, my phone hit dislike when I dropped it. I did like the video, bit if you have a single dislike, only gravity hates you. Probably because of all that fancy flying.
@@Nightmare_-ix7dk Exact same plane is in the British tech tree too, the normal F.8. The Reaper is just a version of the Meteor F.8 that can carry more air to ground ordnance. Exact same aircraft and flight characteristics

To be honest headsets are pretty garbage in general, you really just want a pair of nice music headphones and a separate mic
would you stick with the meteor nf.13 as a grinder to avoid the 8.0 br uptiers?

havnt looked at the reaper a long time, thats a F Mk 8 as well i think. check the x-ray's and see if the engines match.
