When changing the filter are you supposed to boil the stones and clean out the entire system in also light two full loads of water drain before drinking
Yes this is one thing I missed in the video! Boil them every 3 months (I like the do it quarterly) and boil it in clean water for 5-20 minutes however you see fit.
Mine was like this before, I figured it out my reason was that the top ceramic filter pad was twisted on WAY too tight. Loosen that and let me know if it worked for you.
Hello, yup I do this often but around the 6 month mark is roughly the longest i will go before replacing just because I can only disinfect so much. The brand new clean filter you can definitely taste the difference on that change.
@@Kronic1Chillz dispenser is those bigger stand up ones from the floor up and the countertop model is a much smaller version that can sit on any countertop or table etc.. I have the countertop one
@@josielynch2117 Hi it takes about 20 minutes I would say to filter one tea kettle of water. It takes longer if you twisted the ceramic pad too tightly at the top.

Love this product! Thanks for the review!
You're welcome! It's an amazing product
My water flow is real slow
Same with mine. I thought I was the only one

Can you scrub the pad to clean instead of replace?

The top filter must be replaced once a year ,it’s good for one year .
What qualities do you look for in a home water filter?
Efficient and easy!
i went with the glass version of the santevia. i like how the filtered water will now sit in that i stead of the plastic.
@@meloniehaejin748 Great choice! 100% agree. I recently upgraded to a different glass one as well, will be uploading a video review on it shortly.
@@MacsProduction can you post a link to the glass one, please? Thank you.
@@meloniehaejin748where did you get the glass version please? Thank you
hey man can I ask what is the difference between dispenser model and counter top model which one do you have?

You will get one year out of that middle filter not 3 to 4 months . If it’s for yourself abiut a year and if you have family abiut 6 months
Yeah I have a habit of doing it earlier than I probably should.
How long does the water take to filter through the entire system? I was just reading a review somewhere saying it took 12+ hours 😮

Are you still using it? Did you get it lab tested?
Hello, still using it but did not get it lab tested
Ummmm, you didn’t review or give your thoughts. How is this a review!? 😂
Thank you for your feedback! I will improve more on future videos!
