I have a question that what do software engineers do at their respective companies after they're 35+ years of age. Because I think they don't code anymore. Yes some may code who are in a very high position in their job but most people at their mid 30s slowly leave the coding domain then what do they do upto their retirement?
This is the argument I have hearing from lot of people, less job security, more stress and dull career after 35+ years (creative quotant decrease) . Is it true? So most of them go for higher packages and start saving them before 40's. Moreover, this has created a crazy demand for govt jobs.@The code skool.

well in order to quit FAANG you need to be qualified enough to get into FAANG ..... First prioritize to meet the standard then obviously you'll get better opportunities from other startups 🙂
