The homes at Locke Landing are very nice and are selling like HOT CAKES. LOL. They start in the $400,000s for the condos and $500,000s for the townhomes. As they build out and get closer to the water, the prices are expected to be close to or above $1 MILLION. Now is a GREAT TIME to invest in one. Please like, share and subscribe. I'll be doing more videos on Locke Landing and other developments in Baltimore. All the Best to you. 👍👍👍

Yes. And they were able to get what's called "Browns Field Credits" on the homes built there. That gives all buyers of the homes a 70% discount on their property taxes. That saves new home owners THOUSANDS of DOLLARS ANNUALLY, for the first 10 years. Then it goes back to 100% tax.

You don’t have to watch the video, just don’t do it, don’t move to Baltimore, you will regret it right up until you watch the city disappear in your review mirror one last time, that’s if you still have a car.

Thank you for watching. Baltimore, like many major cities across the USA has its share of problems. Many of those problems come from years of divestment into people and infrastructure. Baltimore officials seem to have finally come around to investing not only in infrastructure, but in the people. If you take a look at North Avenue today and what it used to be just 5-10 years ago, you will see that Baltimore is on the come up and the new investment is going to help people from all walks of life.
Thank you for your comments. If you decide to come back to Baltimore, think about investing near Cherry Hill and Harbor Point. All the Best to you.
