I found that my acne went away after I eliminated all grains. It took me soooo long to figure that out! I am believe eczema would clear away also with the elimination of grains.
I cleared my psoriasis completely 100% with diet. After 20 years i created m own diet, stuck to it for 8 weeks and I am clear. I do think Chinese medic8ne could work now I am clear to heal the gut. But I still th8nk you have to clear th3 skin first.

my examples doesn't fit with what you say....I've had psoriasis since I was a baby also I have a pale swollen indented tongue...so I don't think I show symptoms of excess heat....would love to hear your thoughts....
I want to ask you in case if is treatable the "atopic dermatitis" my son has it, on his albows, and feet(toes/heel), it is very uncomfortable for him and I feel helpless with the hormone cream that I sincerely not agree with.. Tryed some homeopathy and would love to know If there is a consistent way to maintain his health
