CASCADE HOPS! The original craft beer hops in the world !
This week we discuss all about Cascade Hops ! The history, the genetics, the alpha and beta acids.
We also discuss it’s use in beer and possible substitutes.
We show our cascade plant in our hopyard and we visit a huge cascade hopyard in Belgium, Europe also !
At the end of the video we have photos of cascade leaves and cones for reference !

I'd like to see a show about Fuggles, a favorite of mine. I have 2 Cascades coming in a week or so, looking forward to starting my little hop garden.

Hopefully we will have some fuggles plants flowering in our hopyard in Brazil within a month or so. Then I will do a new video about Fuggles hops ! Congrats on your garden !
