Hello, thankyou i am glad you have been enjoying the videos :) I believe the only way to get the glory medals used for upgrading the lords hall is by earning them in two of the weekly guild events. You can earn a small amount from the four nations league event that was recently in the game and the other event that earns you the most is the guild arms race event as there is research that allows you to double the rewards from that event.
