Great video, do you think I should buy this one?, or the Cremona SV 75.
They both look great for beginners.

Recently bought this violin, and it definitely came with a large yellow Cecilio-branded cleaning cloth. Looks like you got shorted the cloth. I'd assume you have others from all the violins hanging in the background, but that would be unfortunate for another beginner who didn't realize the violin needed to be wiped after every use.

Buying violins over the mail has become a small, secret addiction of mine; I'm so impressed by the fact that is is logically possible. I'm extremely impressed by the sound and quality of the violin I received from Walmart for what I would of expected to pay for the case or bow by itself, I suspect fluctuations due to cryptocurrencies like bitcoin or doge🤨

Nice demo! Cecilio MV300 is too expensive for me. I have much cheaper Glarry GV101 and it is fantastic and I love it. One thing you have to remember with these super cheap instruments is that you have to setup the bridge properly (they need to be resized by trimming to proper height), and also string sits too high on nut so it needs to be sanded and/or regrooved. Pretty simple DIY and violin will be much easier to play afterwards.

I'm not a violin maker so I don't have time for that. But yes I bought a cheap one and had same issues. Great wood and send it back unfortunately

I know this video was one year ago but what size did you get?

I give those violins a 1.5 out of 5 in playability, yet a 4.5 for affordability when it comes to beginners. But honestly a little better $300 violin is my courteous recommendation for beginners as it motivates them given their sound is not limited to the quality of the instrument.

      You didn't mention which one?

@Metalpazallteway $300, you can probably find those at a local violin shop, I would suggest trying the instrument out if you can.

@@bonnebonny2802 I have tried couple. But none of them mendini or copy strats which I want to get my hand on. My local violin shop only sells for 700$ and above which is insane.

You buy a cheap violin then point out all the defects?
