There was nothing better than tricking your teacher into letting you play cool math games (ps thank you making me play cool math games for the next week or two)
These days I can't even play Cool Math Games. And that sucks, elementary school me thought he was set for life. It didn't matter if he got grounded, he could just play Jellydad Hero and Snail Bob to his heart's content. But when I entered 6th grade, they started restricting them. Talk about a buzz kill, I'm now in 11th grade and I still miss the feeling of playing Cool Math in school, just isn't the same when you play it at home. At least I still have Watch Cartoon Online.
Oh yea! I felt like something was missing from the list! Also now that you mentioned it I need to go beat every game in a marathon so I'll be back... soon?
This site's games list changed a LOT over the years, even before Flash Player was lost. I can still remember a lot of the games that were on the site for only a few months before they vanished and I could never find them again...
Fireboy and Watergirl was one of my favorite game. Espicially the newer ones, I think the ice one is the best. There is something to two friends sitting next to one computer, on the same keyboerd playing the game together, figuring out how to beat the levels the fastest. Me and my friend would just play over and over 100% the games, each time trying to do it faster. I remember feeling proud when we managed to completely beat one of them under 45 minutes. Absulote achivment. For me they will always be S tier. even if you need two people to play them
i agree!!, i don’t understand how he rated it A, it was most definitely S tier for the sheer fact that we could play with our friends!! adapting to the physics of the game isn’t hard. It’s worth another look at! If you say fireboy/ water girl was anything less than S, you just had no friends to play with. 👀
This brought back so much nostalgia lol, games like Duck life, run among others were the big things when it came to elementary school games. I would love to see you play/rank some games like Super Mario 63, Super Tux, as well as the sequels as those were some more games I had a lot of nostalgia for!
Pizzeria in my opinion is D tier. It's the hardest papas game of the series, lacking the doorbell, pizza alarms, decorations for improving patience, and the customers walk in too fast! AND IT HAS GREG!!! Overall this game is stupid difficult, therefore it's D to me.
I remember playing a game called Farafalla. It's basically a giant maze and you have to navigate it, getting colored balloons with keys along the way to unlock colored gates to progress! The game's description suggests it could be a fun class project to map out the maze :)
This was so cool, just got hit with a wave of nostalgia when you showed all the games for the first time. I'm glad other people remember these games being a staple of their childhood too
TBH I'm surprised that the Red Ball 4 series wasn't on here (yes, I know, 19:24), but yeah this is a great list. For part 2, I suggest Paint Ninja. While it's never been on cool math games, like some of the other comments said, I do suggest trying out Super Mario 63, probably one of the best Nintendo fan games up there with Super Smash Flash 2 in terms of quality (it is one on Flashpoint's Hall of Fame playlist so you probably already tried it).
This one wasn’t on Coolmath, but another (arguably worse) flash game website, but I used to LOVE this game called Milk Quest. It’s a game where you’re a little kitten trying to complete puzzle games to find milk. I remember really liking the art style, but I can barely remember anything about it.
I'm not sure how popular this one was, but my one of my favorite games was Animal Raceway. You picked one of a bunch of different animals to play as in races, building your stats through mini-games and progressing through the different competitive divisions until you became the champion, kinda like Duck Life (another favorite). It was so fun
Papa Louie 3: When Sundaes Attack was definitely my favorite platformer back in the day. Though if I were to pick a more recent browser game, I would go with the puzzle platformer Amidst the Sky. In general, all of Casper Van Dommelen (aka Ferociter)'s games are great. One more series I loved was the Robot Wants metroidvanias. They were really fun back when flash was around
Cool math was the best. That is until my county’s school board figured out how to ban it permanently so nobody could play it anymore. Everyone was devastated. The school board was like, “IF I CANT PLAY COOL MATH, NO ONE CAN!”.
@@Jake.Miller also, I actually grew up playing that Shaun game whenever I would go to McDonald's & play a selection of games there, and Shaun was on of those games
There is a speedrun for Worlds hardest game no deaths xD In Germany Jelly (sold as Wackelpudding) is actually quite beloved by children. But not the way it is used in the US, where they made a meat or fruit dish and encased it in Jello.
Personally, my favorite game on Coolmath has always been Amidst the Sky, a metroidvania platformer, I would recommend checking it out. Also, in middle school, my friends and I made a speedrun document for Coolmath where we recorded speedruns for several different games on there.
On Latin america we had "Juegos Friv" a page of videogames that had some of these games and a lot more! (There was + 300 games) it was magical and so fun.. I miss that days :(
Fun fact: when cartoon network had the flash games on their website. They basically just made a game about rigby getting sucked into the sticky ninja game. So your just playing sticky ninja just with some regular show characters in it.
Farafalla was always my absolute favorite as a kid! But nobody else ever seems to know about it :( I would highly recommend you try it out! Interested to see how you would rank it!
(Small game suggestion) I remember the times I played Tiny Heist on cool math games, I would say it’s pretty under rated in my opinion. You play as this heist figure in this retro style looking game, collecting gems and collectables and moving up floors, WHILE trying to avoid being caught by some Patrol Bots, Guard Dogs, and Cameras. Not to mention that it does get harder the higher up you go. After the 1st floor, you’ll have to navigate through unrevealed areas where you’ll have to be careful where you go through. But once you make it to the top, you’ll have the option to collect more risky gems if you so do so. Let me warn you- after some time, the entrance will deploy a random enemy that will wonder around or chase you so you gotta be careful. When you make it to the Helicopter pad, the game would end and will calculate how many gems you have collected.
@@Jake.Miller I think they had the 3rd bad ice cream game in it? not sure if im remembering it right. Also nitrome shut down though and its a real shame cause nitrome has some of my favorite childhood flash games with the signature pixel art style

I just scrolled through the entire comment section to find not a single person remember one of my favorite games. It was about an average guy being forced to go through a sadistic puzzle game show, it was so fun and i beat it so many times.
Great vid! One suggestion for a part 2 is the game Cargo Bridge. It is definitely one of the best ever coolmath games and was always my favorite. Also, I would suggest balloons tower defense that. It used to be on there but got removed at some point. I remember playing the original version of the game in early grade school all the time!
Bart Bonte is actually an amazing developer, he made Sugar Sugar, Factory Balls, and on his website he had a 3D puzzle game that I absolutely adored when I was 10
I strongly recommend three goblets. It was a later addition to coolmath, but it’s a very interesting game with a nice retro aesthetic. It’s can feel tiring after a while, but it’s a lot of fun, and i fee like it doesn’t get much love.
There was one game I loved that I can’t seem to find again, it was these tiny round guys that you would get to move around (they screamed and the sound waves moved them???)
Such an awesome video. It’s a blast playing these games when young… my personal favorites would probably be big tower tiny square and the other games in that particular series. Papas games also go high on the favorites list.
Run 3 is my absolute favorite game on coolmath, me and a friend made comics based around the series, and duck life 4 is also another favorite of mine Most of these on the list I've played religiously a while back, and it's glad to see all the games again. Dig to China or The Big (Ice) Tower Tiny Square maybe for Part 2?
Oh man that mysic, ah brings back so much nostalgia, i love fireboy and watergirl, me and my sis used to always pay that game every night in secret while playing the music literally in full volume, thanks for making this vid AaHHhHhHhh SOOOO NOSTALGIC
There was one game that used to be on there that was pretty fun. I think it was called maybe "Cactus Jack" ? I remember it was a western setting and you were a cactus person who went through a train shooting and defeating some enemies, as the levels progressed the setting changed enemies got harder platforming got harder. It was a really fun game to me back in the day I'd like to see someone find it.
man i havent thought about cool math games in FOREVER!! this cane across my youtube recommended at such a good time lol. i played pretty much all of these (jacksmith was my fav) but my school banned cool math games so it was hard to find them on sites that worked. one flash game that im not sure was ever on cool math games but i LOVED was a game that im pretty sure was called 100% complete and you were a little cube guy going through different rooms and pathways unlocking different items until you could finally reach the end. i cant find it anywhere nowadays n im not even completely sure thats what it was called but man i spent hours playing it. hope i can find it again someday
Finally someone else recognizes Sugar, sugar. That was always my go to game but I never got to finish it since my progress would always reset. No one I knew cared for it. But just recently I finally came back to finish all three and now I get recommended this video.
that is really really awesome seeing just one boss on coolmathgames, it’s a game made for the pico-8 fantasy console in 2018, not flash, which means that CMG are putting NEW games on their site, which is really exciting and makes me hopeful for the future of the site :’D
If you like the puzzle platformer type games you should try Show on cool math. It's quick but it's fun and challenging. Also hearing that you're in school is really cool since this is my first year in college and I love watching your vids when I'm not in class
Great! Now do Johnny Upgrade, Cat Burglar, Three Pandas, Red Ball, 60 Second Burger Run, that one game about coolmathgames, The "Red" series, Bob the Robber, Big Tower Tiny Square and MotoX3M. Also I love Jerry, I believe in Jerry supremacy. Also I believe Jelly Truck is reffering to Jello, as most of the world calls it Jelly. Also Shaun, Shirly and Timmy is just three pandas but horizontal, idk which one was first though.
HOME SHEEP HOME MENTION?? i’ve been obsessed with the game series since i was in elementary school and no one else understands my love for it/dont know the games in general😭😭 i have a shaun plush too
11:54 actually run was so popular enough that they made two more games. Yes, there are two sequels one of them actually made it own port to mold devices like iOS and android and that is run to and run three to allow you to select two different characters the first character which you already noticed from the first game and another one was just basically the same alien but with rollerblades, this allows you to run faster and jump on huge gaps as well. Run to also has 3-D instead of the usual tunnel, based challenges run three brings you back to the tunnel challenges where you do wall jumps, but it has cracked panels along with new elements you never seen from the first two run 3 was kind of popular enough that it made its own way to a whole slew of portable devices, mainly from Apple and android

Such an awesome video. It’s a blast playing these games when young… my personal favorites would probably be big tower tiny square and the other games in that particular series. Papas games also go high on the favorites list.
I’m glad you enjoyed it!! (Part 2 is coming out on sunday)
Run 3 is my absolute favorite game on coolmath, me and a friend made comics based around the series, and duck life 4 is also another favorite of mine
Most of these on the list I've played religiously a while back, and it's glad to see all the games again.
Haha wow you guys got away with it
There was one game that used to be on there that was pretty fun.
I found the title it was called "Cactus McCoy"
Just One Boss was my absolute favorite! Fire Boy and Water Girl was a close second though.
Bug tower Tiny square is my favorite especially the flappy one
man i havent thought about cool math games in FOREVER!! this cane across my youtube recommended at such a good time lol. i played pretty much all of these (jacksmith was my fav) but my school banned cool math games so it was hard to find them on sites that worked. one flash game that im not sure was ever on cool math games but i LOVED was a game that im pretty sure was called 100% complete and you were a little cube guy going through different rooms and pathways unlocking different items until you could finally reach the end. i cant find it anywhere nowadays n im not even completely sure thats what it was called but man i spent hours playing it. hope i can find it again someday
I hope so too! I’m glad you came across the vid at the perfect time!
Finally someone else recognizes Sugar, sugar. That was always my go to game but I never got to finish it since my progress would always reset. No one I knew cared for it. But just recently I finally came back to finish all three and now I get recommended this video.
Haha they knew you’d appreciate the sugar sugar love. I’ve always enjoyed those games too
that is really really awesome seeing just one boss on coolmathgames, it’s a game made for the pico-8 fantasy console in 2018, not flash, which means that CMG are putting NEW games on their site, which is really exciting and makes me hopeful for the future of the site :’D
Wow that is cool, I had no idea of the games history!
We 100% need a part 2. Johnny Upgrade needs representation.
Working on it right now WITH lil johnny
I feel blessed that my school made us play these. MADE.
You are so blessed
If you like the puzzle platformer type games you should try Show on cool math. It's quick but it's fun and challenging. Also hearing that you're in school is really cool since this is my first year in college and I love watching your vids when I'm not in class
I'll have to try it. And that is cool! I m graduating very soon but I know what you mean I have people I watch in between classes too
Haha I appreciate the list. That’s basically what I planned for part 2. Jerry is our ruler
Farafalla was always an awesome game to play as a kid!
Jelly Truck used to be my go to game as a kid. When I would beat the levels, I would go through and do them all again.
Now that’s dedication
Stranded isle is the best cool math game that I feel like no one every played or heard of, no one can change my mind, it’s undefeated
I absolutely loved playing Home Sheep Home as a kid (likely cause back then sheep were my favorite animals)
HOME SHEEP HOME MENTION?? i’ve been obsessed with the game series since i was in elementary school and no one else understands my love for it/dont know the games in general😭😭 i have a shaun plush too
Nice, a fellow home sheep home fan haha. I actually just downloaded the newest game because I missed the series so much
You single-handedly offended 90% of the people on my school by saying that Jelly Escape was a D Tier 💀
Put me on the line with your school NOW
i'm literally so happy about Duck Life that game means everything to me. S tier on this list and in my heart
Yes I did it!! My moms gonna be so proud of me
Chess is cool
If you say so
Bro u just unlocked a deep memory that has been in the back of my mind for years with home sheep home
I also loved the games Icebreaker, Running Round, B- Cubed, Dummy Never Fails, and Civiballs
Moto X3M and Fireboy and Watergirl were my favorites
Nice picks!
