But then they explain the other option is to take it all the way to court where you can plea guilty, not, or no contest but if you lose the trial then they give the sentence length and it goes on your record.
If anyone was interested or wondering about why he was arrested for the warning shot, from a legal standpoint point, there is no such thing as a warning shot. Any gun fired is viewed as shoot to kill. Your are never ment to pull or brandish a gun unless you are intending on aiming and firing at a threat, or if you are disarming yourself. For example, you can't claim that there was no damage or definite intent to harm when handling a knife in an altercation. You won't convince police, the judge of the jury that "oh no, I was just holding the knife so he would leave me alone". They don't ever see it that way
the way boogie fired the weapon was like artillery which is the worst kind of "shooting in the air". the way people do celebratory shooting where you shoot directly up is less dangerous because the bullet eventually loses it's velocity from being fired from the gun and then falls with terminal velocity instead.
6:30 The "falling bullet can kill" thing is massively overstated. Falling bullets are traveling at their terminal velocity, which is vastly slower than their muzzle velocity. Kinetic energy is the square of velocity, so the energy of a falling bullet is exponentially less than one that is fired directly. Having said that, deaths do occur from celebratory gunfire (bullets fired directly up) and 7 people in puerto rico died from falling bullets in 2020 as an example. A bullet fired in a high arc is far, far more dangerous because it becomes more likely that the bullet has not lost all of its muzzle velocity energy and its still above terminal velocity
Quick legal rundown In most jurisdictions, whenever a gun is brought into play in any situation, the law will assume self defense is applied. When that occurs you need to prove that your life was in danger of death or grievous bodily injury. In the case of ransomware designed for a particular organization, company, or government, it's pretty common for the ransom to be more affordable overall than all other fixes. In the information tech field it takes a relatively large amount of time and money for people to get it working again without paying the ransom. There can be a big loss of potential sales too, and if it's a cloud computing company then this attack can result in lost uptime that causes a violation of some of their contracts. Some guarantee a seemingly unreasonable uptime ratio such as 99.9999% (31.5s of allowed downtime/year), and others can be as low as 99%
Well, In New Zealand, there was a petition to end conversion therapy, it got alot of signatures thankfully, and then it did bring change to the place. As someone who resides there, though isn't a New Zealander, I can say that this was a good idea to bring change to something like that, making it illegal, was the right way to go. And Genuinely, it worked, the petition for it, was enough to bring change to 🇳🇿
On the wiki it says the reason he got arrested was because his house is within a school zone and firing a warning shot in a school zone is considered aggravative assault.

It's amazing that Bungie has ruined something even Activision refused to ruin in Destiny, all the while FF14 lets you do it not only for free but fairly infinitely as long as the appearance you're going for isn't a higher level than what you're replacing.
Shooting up into the air was Mythbusted and is harmless due to terminal velocity. Unless you shoot up at an angle more than 30degrees. Which is different from shooting straight up.

Thats retarded. A retarded thing to happen. Imagine paying your stalker because you fired into the air to scare them from stalking u because law wont take its course in time, or at all.
@@commenteroftruth9790 Pulling a gun is considered deploying deadly force. He had the ability to stay inside, lock his door and call the police. He could of also gotten a restraining order against Frank before he even showed up to his door. He wasn't in any immediate danger other than Frank just being there and goading him. It's not that the law wouldn't take its course in time, it's the fact that Boogie fired a bullet anywhere but at Frank and essentially endangered everyone else. I agree it is stupid this is happening to Boogie but at the same time you are responsible for every bullet that comes out of your gun regardless of the circumstances.
Warning shots are de facto illegal. A warning shot is not dangerous for the public, but it's also logically illegal. The base assumption of deadly force is you were scared enough to use it. If you fire a warning shot that, by definition, means you aren't actually in mortal fear. You believed a warning shot would diffuse the situation. That's not mortal fear. Also, he has no self defense case anyway. As Andrew said he could have locked the door and called the police. If it continued to escalate to the point of breaking in then castle applies.

Karken isn't really that user friendly: only takes wire transfers (no ACH), requires a 2FA app, can't withdraw or trade without being verified at intermediate level... His weight is not the real issue. It's definitely one of his issues and it has been a focal point of his life for a long, long time, of course. The problem is how he lies and can't be genuine that he is struggling after the gastric bypass, he acts like it is all fine and dandy and tries to be this role model for people losing weight. Other than that, he as a lot of mental issues and goes on twitter rants about his haters, even stating they are "worse than nazis and rapists". Last year, there was a tornado, and not only did we have people buying cleaning supplies to try and clean up, we had people buying everything up to try and resell later. People lost businesses and homes, here’s idiots trying to capitalize on the “shortages.”
I’m with Kaya, I’m disappointed in people who clearly haven’t learnt a lesson.

God I wish I had a webcam view of Jackson when he explains the cereal bit he must've been so happy
Great. Now I need a picture of ripped boogie after prison and one of him as Revolver Ocelot or Yosemite Sam.

I havent touched Destiny 2 almost st all in months, and I have only grown happier. The transmog had me extremely excited at its announce, and I was ready to play again. Very disappointed in Bungie for this, although I cant say I'm surprised. Hope jackson can get out of the gutter that is destiny 2 like I did.
It's amazing that Bungie has ruined something even Activision refused to ruin in Destiny, all the while FF14 lets you do it not only for free but fairly infinitely as long as the appearance you're going for isn't a higher level than what you're replacing.

Boogie will pay restitution and probably be on probation and house arrest (my guess). His history of mental health issues are actually going to help him legally here, especially since lucky for him and everyone nobody actually got hurt.

Frank hassle is not a stalker he’s a 3 time veteran and a stand up guy. Boogie is a vulnerable narcissist and and a perpetual victim who gets off on these situation. You’ve got to watch all the videos where boogie had a manic breakdown over someone pretending to be a frank hassle fan and saying frank was gonna come get him in his twitch chat. But hey wouldn’t expect y’all to ever get anything right anyways you never do.
Also I love all 4 of them think they’re lawyers could you not of just messaged a lawyer and ask a few questions?
@@ldeez4375 I get where you’re coming from, these guys don’t know shit about this topic and go on for 20 minutes giving misinformation yet they bitch about fake news outlets. So contradicting and flat out a waste of time to listen to when there’s literal HOURS of footage you can still watch on the killstream of Boogie inviting Frank over and saying all sorts of crazy shit. If boogie had fired, he would be in prison for premeditated murder.
@@Don-pn2mf yeah and the most damning thing is the fact frank says boogie messaged him before the killstream and asked for frank to go along while he had a wwe style meltdown haha. Aannnddd we also delve into some of the BS of the united states legal system wherein there can be a minimum, but ultimately the judge has discretion. They can sentence them to the minimum, and then delay it pending any furthers charges. Meaning they're serving their time well and free, but if they do any other no nos they MIGHT go and actually serve time. Examples of judicial discretion can be as heart breaking as they are warming.

@@trelee9259 The rule is that if you're gonna fire a gun you better be sure that it hits the person you're pulling it out on.
Tried Kraken recently and it was stalling for like an hour due to traffic during a dip preventing people from buying low and missing out. If it can't handle that but takes your deposited money as fast as possible you have to wonder.
Karken isn't really that user friendly: only takes wire transfers (no ACH), requires a 2FA app, can't withdraw or trade without being verified at intermediate level...
I had to call and find out why my wire transfer funds didn't show up in my account, and it was due to the reference number not fitting in the field my bank filled out. Thankfully they resolved it, but it's issues like this that makes it a real headache.
Andrew: That's how far advertising has come, that's $200 (*images of white vans suddenly flood his mind*) for doing nothing but using a code... (*images of vans are now replaced by images of a stranger's uneasy smile next to an ATM*) .....$200
It's amazing that they keep failing to mention that boogie brought out a gun out of fear of being sissy hypno'ed.
Honestly I'm close to Boogie's weight and I get around fine. It's not easy, but I still go to work, I do pizza delivery. I don't need any assistance to do anything. Not sure if he just has other issues beyond just his weight.
It was probably meant to be a joke, but it's hard not to think he actually believes it himself due to all the shit he has said.
