Private deeds between you & Allaah are the most powerful. No one should know about it ... except Allaah. Give for the sake of Allaah as it is a private deed between you & Allah. Perhaps it maybe the reason why you enter Jannah!
The prophet salahu alayhi wasalaam made wu’du where he did it only 1 time and prayed all 5 daily prayers with it. He never broke his Wudu. He did it to show the ummah that is permissible to do this.

But it was recorded in the books of Hadith that Anas Ibn Malik said the prophet at times would make wu’du for all 5 prayers. He renewed his wu’du. This also shows he did this and it is the sunnah.

This is what our Shaykh Dr. Sa’d Ibn Nasir Ash-Shithri (Council of Senior Scholars of Saudi Arabia) said and other scholars of our time.
