I agree with some of the comments. To me, many times, too much bling diminishes to look of the car. Stick with the stock look and this baby will rock. The other thing is that the "dark" wheels hides the good profile of this sweetheart. I will always do aluminum (brushed or not) on the rim, if not, it looks dead.

Brushed aluminum on a C8 looks horrible, but we all have different taste.

You do know there's a reason the carbon fibre is painted right? Stripping the carbon flash paint and trying to bring out carbon fibre that's painted is a huge mistake! It's painted cause there are flaws in it and will probably look terrible exposed.

Great work. I'm personally not a big fan of red accents/interior with Hypersonic Gray. There is a slight green hue in the paint that you can see in low light. That's why I went with yellow accents and as much black as possible on my C8. To each their own of course, but just can't believe how much red I see with hypersonic gray out in the world.

Questions for Bowling Green: is there a new All Season Chevy Approved All season Michelin tire for Z06? I read that was the case. When will Chevy approve a grill guard for side vents? When they are approved should they be removed during track use? What is Chevy’s position on the HTC Z06 clear engine cover? Is there will there be an approved product and does it impact warranty or track use?referencing the clear engine bay product? Should the high temp brake fluid be installed on non Z07 Z06 that is intended for track use? Is there a preferred break in procedure on Z06 when driving across country for delivery with 1000-1500 mile trip? It is difficult to go below 50 on highway and assume shouldn’t go up to 80 mph speed limit? What is life of ceramic brakes for a Z06 not regularly tracked?

Hope they added the extra quart of transmission fluid for track use. I can't believe Chevy recommends adding transmission fluid to C8s for track use. What is it going to cost to add the fluid at the factory.
I hear that there is a "constraint" on the Z07 due to a shortage of those aero parts, primarily the rear wing and front splitter. How do you have them on this car and what controls that? Do they just randomly become available and some customers get lucky? It seems that as common as it is for the front radiator's fins to become damaged, that the factory should install those protectors rather than just an aftermarket applied part.

GM dealers r servicing these cars and do not have the right equipment.... stories of techs tearing up the carbon fiber rims. Be aware if in America
We had one in the showroom in New York 132k plus a market adjustment of 80k it sold in 4 days

If you can order any color seat belt with any color interior, and there is a charge for an "order variance", why couldn't I order a natural interior two tone with black with red stitching and a red band on the steering wheel? That is what I would like to have with a red mist paint. And of course red seat belts. I love the dipped interior but not the reflection of the light dash parts off the windshield.

Orange brakes, red letters on the rear bumper lettering, black badge on the front, orange seat belts with the dipped interior. I thought you were all about symmetry and good taste, blending all of these options. The customer must have pushed you really hard to come up with this mess.

Each to his own, but good thing is most of this can be removed easily, except the brakes, which would be prohibitively expensive by the next owner

Isn't the wing actually mounted to the chasis. That's why it's done at the factory?

Thats correct. Its mounted to the chassis thats why its done at the factory and not dealership. Not because its too big
@@Raven77844 Two brackets are mounted to the rear structure behind the fascia. The fascia is installed and then the wing is simply bolted to the brackets that stick up above the fascia. The factory could easily just install the brackets and send the wing separate but it would easily get damaged if shipped.
My plan is to install a Z07 style wing by Sigala Designs. It comes with a bracket that gets bolted to the chassis to make it rock solid.

Hey I love this video! I personally own a C8 Z06 (Z07) and when I took delivery of the car I did not receive the aero for the underneath of the car. Do you know what I should do because when I reached out to the dealer that i bought it from they said they didn’t even know it came with those specific parts.

Nice to see these coming into Canada. Do you know roughly how much they will send to Canada each year. I hear that if you try to order one now (if you still can) it's a 5+ year wait.
That wait time is in the states as well.

Seriously you can get to that without Canadian pricing. 3LZ/Z07,Carbon Fiber everything. Might also have to check the Convertible box as well to get to that price…
