@ just diet and exercise. Meal replacement shakes for breakfast and lunch and 2 veggies and a lean meat for dinner plus 3 200 calories snacks per day. I paired that with walking more and more. Add a lap every week then when u can move again get in the gym. Bigger muscles burn more calories

I had the opposite problem, opiates had me down to 140 lbs, I'm 6'4 so I was pretty underweight. Clean for 5 years now in the gym everyday, eating right and now I'm 205lbs. You have to watch your health man. I don't think he's even a drug addict, he's a food addict. Do not understand why he has to calm the former, its kind of disrespectful to people who are. Man needs to get his shit together. Eating cake in the hospital at that weight?? come on! That's like doing dope in the rehab facility.

Priority list: 1. Put down the cup. 2. Learn to walk. 3. Stop smoking. 4. Put down the fast food. 5. Pick up a dumbbell. 6. As soon as you can breathe again, learn to run or at least ride a bike (when you lost enough weight so you can find one that can carry you). 7. Learn grammar. You're rich enough now where you can get professional help and treatments for all of this, including medical treatment for all 3+ of your addictions that's killing you, a PT and private chef. You got no excuse to not survive until 25. After this, keep working on your craft.
