They were all incredible. Tae's high register, Kooks low register, Joon's perfect fluent all English rap, Yoongi's amazing rap and thought provoking verse, Hobi's too, so sad but beautiful, Jimin's angelic voice and Jin's gorgeous steady voice throughout. This was tear jerking, reality singing at us in the beautiful, passionate voices of our very effected and human Kings. Even the rapline were all singing at the end. I loved this so much. 💜

Jimin and Jin's high notes were so beautiful, Jungkook's amazing voice as always, with his adlibs, V's low voice was very calming but what really caught me was his adlibs, it's everywhere, both in high and low. Hearing RM rap in English was mesmerizing; while Hobi and Suga rapping in Korean was very endearing.

Jimin is always regarded as the singer having one of the most unique voice because Jimin has that very unique vocal color & tone which is not the common type or quality not only to kpop but even in the whole music industry! His voice is very rare, not just a random kpop voice! Many kpop vocalist actually does have a similar timbre, styles & vocal qualities which is in contrary with Jimin because his voice is very distinctive. That what sets him apart from the other vocalist! Yes, Jimin may sounded like a female vocals in times which is too impressive. Jimin can do a certain style whatever is needed in the song. While I know Sting wrote Every Breath You Take the song is credited under the Police not just Sting. If you haven't heard Puff Daddy and Faith Evans version of I'll Be Missing You I would suggest listening to it as it was a tribute to legendary rapper the Notorious B.I.G.

P Diddy sampled the Police song, as well as an old hymn “I’ll Fly Away” for the melody line. The instrumentals BTS are using are more in line with The Police version, but the lyrical content, aside from Suga’s and J-Hope’s original verses, are taken from the P Diddy rework/version. So they paid tribute to both of the originators and also put their own twist on it. Tastefully and masterfully done.

GHOST opening the song was WOW!!!! They have long played with BTS on many live concerts. Most recent was on the Tiny Desk Concert. My favorite is on "MA CITY" live, and BTS actually introduced the individuals. Ma City is one of my favorite live BTS performances as they are so animated and free....

Okay so, when I made her sit down and watch this performance or jaw hit the floor!! She couldn’t believe it. That this group, that she strongly dislikes, covered one of her all time favorite songs, added Korean lyrics, and KILLED IT! She has such respect for BTS now! GHOST opening the song was WOW!!!! They have long played with BTS on many live concerts. Most recent was on the Tiny Desk Concert. My favorite is on "MA CITY" live, and BTS actually introduced the individuals. Ma City is one of my favorite live BTS performances as they are so animated and free....

The original creator of that song is Sting though :). BTS & their band managed to pull off something in between Sting & Pididdy's, adding their own harmonies, flavor & personalized lyrics

Thanks for reacting. The 80s Vibe you hear in the beginning is because "Every Breath You Take" by the Police (Sting). BTS Live Band is named "Ghost Band". In 1997, old news, Puff Daddy did not ask permission when sampling/covering his "l'll Be Missing You''. Water under the bridge now, Sting collects royalties up to this day. With BTS covering “I’ll Be Missing You”, RM did the opening rap in English like the original (he changed the lyrics and it's appropriate). Suga and J-hope substituting Korean lyrics for their parts. Jimin is the MVP for Faith Evan's high notes. Jimin & Jin hit the high notes, Faith Evans would be so proud.
