I might be a bit (or a lot) biased, but I would choose the PG GN-001 Gundam Exia and the PG GN-001RE Gundam Exia Repair add on set. It's too bad we don't more more of the variants still in PG, but at least we have most of them in RG and MG. Speaking of which, MG GN-001 Gundam Exia would be nice to get an updated 2.0 release along with its variants (Trans Am, R1, R2, Avalanche Dash) and also an MG for GN-001 Gundam Exia (Roll Out), MG GN-001REIII Gundam Exia Repair III , and GN-001REIV Gundam Exia Repair IV since we never got MGs for that. I'd also like an RG for GN-001 Gundam Exia (Roll Out), GN-001REIV Gundam Exia Repair IV, GN-001/hs-A01D Gundam Avalanche Exia Dash, etc since we never got those either.
PG Exia looks better with the LED but in terms of out of the box, PG Perfect Strike has more accessories and parts to play with. I have both(waiting for PG Perfect strike to arrive but built the origanal with skygrasper/aile pack). If you are asking which one you would buy, PG Perfect strike is cheaper than PG Exia with LED. Don't even bother buying PG Exia if you're just going to buy it without LED.
