I bought this watch, but had to return it. I just did not like the negative display. It looks nothing like the pictures and videos. Numbers were much darker, harder to read. I got the standard display version and am very happy with it.
I've had the original G9300 since middle of 2012. I just now bought the black and gold version! I also have a GW9400 Rangeman. I just like the Mudman more. Seems to suit me better.

Mind u... This mudman's features are good enough for most of ordinary people. A tough solar watch with price half of Rangeman dw9400. 1/4 of your GWG1000 and 1/5 of the price of latest Frogman. What else would youu want from this price range gshock! I am a proud owner of this mudman and those other GShocks too.

hey man just noticed that my G-9300GB's battery level is still on M level it's been a week now since i received it, i tried the 3 buttons check the "adjust+mode+light" buttons but it only give me "TLT" if i press the mode or search i can't get to "SLR"....you think the solar panel has problem? need your advice man thanks.
a follow up to my message, just found out that the solar test buttons are "adjust+search+light" and the solar panel works because it shows 8888 but still my battery is in M level any chance that my battery is not rechargeable? hey man i also noticed something on the test screen the "rcvd" is there but this is not atomic right?
If you found it at an affordable price then why not. It is pretty good. But I would recommend you to check other alternatives from a similar price range as G9300 before fully made the decision. GN-1000 GWG-100 GG-1000 GA-1100 GW-9200 GDF-100 G-9100 GW-9100 or GW-9110 G-9010 Some might be harder to get. Goodluck!
