I personally visited hyderabad unit .... akkada staff vala relatives anukunta full proud ...asalu customer ni patinchukoru ...better to go other manufacturer near by places like Relaxon , Duro rest etc ..much cheaper then this stupid attitude firm
My suggestion to you, If you want to increase your business better to respond to customers,, I have called multiple times mentioned numbers, but no response at all, if your not responding before taking order, I had imagined after taking bed your response will be if any issues comes up,, so i ordered in other vendor,
👎👎👎 I bought a mattress from them 2 months ago. Product is okay okay. But not as great as you might think looking at these videos. But these guys are not very professional. They promised me shredded latex pillows along with the mattress as a package. But they sent normal fibre pillows which I can get for 500rs in the market. But it will cost me 2500 rs if I need to take the shredded latex pillows from outside. Effectively, Its a loss of 2500 rs for me. I tried to reach out to them multiple times. They tried to give me childish reasons initially, but stopped even responding to me later. I don't recommend buying a mattress from them.
