Wassup Y’all! I hope all is well, & I hope that this tape finds you all in the midst of great health, & many blessings! I can’t remember if I made a beat tape last year or not, I know I’ve cooled it on the beat tapes overall, but…I thought since this year is coming to a close, & the next one is on the horizon why not end this one with a small tape to commemorate a year full of gratitude, & thankfulness. If you’ve been around long enough you know that soul music, & sampling has been a huge part of my life, & style of production, so this is a small tape full of chill, vibey samples, & my personal take on the styles of some of my current favorite artists, & producers, now this may not be something that you all may enjoy, but I do appreciate any, & everyone that has taken the time out of their day to click on this video. I appreciate the opportunity to share what I consider to be a part of myself with you all. To conclude this text, & this year, I just want to reiterate, & expound on something that I said on a video I posted last week. The right to joy is our birthright, allow your heart to feel & experience happiness, be thankful & live your life with gratitude. Do not compare yourself to others, because comparison is the greatest thief of joy, I’ve dealt with constantly being compared to others my entire life, & it can rob you of your individuality, & more importantly it doesn’t account for the fact the pace of life is uniquely different for everyone, their time may be now, but that doesn’t mean your time isn’t on the horizon, so work hard, be consistent, believe in yourself & everything that you’re searching for will come to you in abundance. Don’t let others project their lack of self-confidence onto you, don’t let their lack of belief in themselves get in the way of your attainable goals, & dreams. Don’t let the foul words of others knock you off of your pivot, or your path in life. Don’t let people rob you of your Joy! Never lose faith in yourself. ALWAYS take care of your mind, body, spirit & soul. In the end, I conclude this year having been grateful for every opportunity, every experience, every lesson, & I’m thankful for everything that God blessed me with.
