Emulated, or captured? I don't like seeing gameplay on illegal emulators; only if this is on Capcom Arcade Collection or a platform Capcom has granted permission for.
Since when emulators are illegal? the software itself is legal, what's illegal is downloading the ROMs and BIOS off the internet, dumping them by your legit own is not. Not to mention Capcom used MAME as one of the software included on Arcade Stadium, see the legal credits section if you don't believe it.
Some people just don't have the ability to manually mash the fire button for 20-30 minutes, which is the average time it takes for one loop of a shmup. And even for those that do, 15 hertz is a pretty hard cap.
