a nicde flatbed trailer is the goldhofer/low loader its long and its not that wide so for buldozers and harvesters i wold say the cat and for equipment and tractours and truck and etc. i recomment the goldhoffer
when you were having so much trouble hauling that John Deere combine harvester, in my opinion, you were choosing vehicles that were not built for heavy towing like (Jeep, old truck) that didn't have much hp, and tractors that don't go very fast to begin with. Your best bet in my opinion would have been to use at least the Ford, or even better off the Peterbilt, or CAT semi to pull the heavy load.
Got an idea for the Farm but it might not work and you may not want it anyway and I refer to about 2:07 when you drove the old fashioned, though still the best sounding and looking tractor, and trailer of corn I think it was, to the peak of what was a pretty high hill, not large in size so mu suggestion may not work, and that is park the huge CAT digger on the top of that hill, and you would be able to see it from the sea-shore!
Was just thinking looking at that ramp to the CAT trailer, it looks awful steep for loading the large tractors it is meant to move, maybe they should be longer? I will be checking it out later. Does the trailer have a reference number please? I know its a swan or goose-neck.

Hi Bill, Just a quick note first to apologise for anything you might have taken offence to in the past week, it was only because I was worried and I couldn't get you to hear! ;-) I do not know what it was like in America or Canada, but when these old machines were the top class machines of the day the Farms were very much more smaller in the UK at least. So trying to complete a normal sized field is way to much.
The mods are OK but a lot of modern stuff doesn’t have support for the centre steering type front wheels, unless they expect you to back them on? Do not say sorry for all these cock-ups when getting the stuff to the Farm, I like to see this because where or not it works it is something anyone in the real world would have to manage somehow and I find it maybe more interesting, you know seeing how and what items can be driven by this or that truck or trailer.
Was this on the PC? If so.... You should have just used the 'Follow Me' MOD, to set one vehicle as the lead vehicle and the rest to follow and driven there in one go! CONVOY! -(I'm singing). Or drive past different destinations, dropping off vehicles as you go. Or, you could have driven where you wanted to go and recorded the course with CoursePlay, saved it and then set the rest of the vehicles to drive there on CoursePlay... the cat low load trailer will lock a load as soon as u put up the ramps as long as the impliment is not attatchd to a tractor or vise versa

The Unimog has a three point hitch. You could have just used that to take the windrower back.
