I will add this for those that have the Oppo Find N2: after I uninstalled the Play Store I downloaded the Chinese version of Play Store and once installed came up in English and my issue was resolved. What you have to do is open settings then open application manager after that clear data and cache in the applications below:
1. Gmail
2. Google app
3. Google play services
4. Google Play store
