What you are seeing is the built up stage with a ball. In the mv, this is the catwalk and the round stage becomes a catwalk with a glittering disco ball with the girls catwalk modelling and whilst dancing in the middle at the same time. They used CG or green screen to add the details onto the stage. No moon shot here it is the catwalk stage of the hotel.
