Agree! God’s heart is still with Judah and Jerusalem! Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, When we read the 4 horsemen in Chapter 6 of Revelation, most people think of judgement, apocalyptic and perhaps anti-Christ…etc But, I read these horsemen as a letter of comfort from God to Apostle John and extends to other believers as well. These coloured horses with riders first appeared in Bible’s “A Man among the Myrtle Trees” (Zechariah 1:7-17) The key messages of Zech 1:7-17 passage:- (1) these horsemen worked for the angel of the LORD (pre-incarnation Christ) (2) the prayer of angel of the LORD. He interceded for God’s mercy for the restoration of Judah and Jerusalem. Because Jerusalem and the entire Judah were level to the ground in BC 586. (3) The LORD’s reply was that, “ I am very jealous for Zion and Jerusalem…and the LORD will again comfort Zion and choose Jerusalem as his own.” In other words, God will rebuild Judah and Jerusalem! Please bear in mind that Isaiah 44:28, God specified Cyrus to deliver His people from the captivity of Babylon (around 70 years)! Therefore, when Apostle John saw the 4 horsemen in Revelation 6 (around AD 95), this would remind him about Judah and Jerusalem’s destruction in AD 70. As the last surviving eyewitness of Jesus Christ, he must had been very worry about the mission given by Jesus Christ (Acts 1:8) and when will God restore the kingdom to Israel (Acts 1:6) The 4 horsemen vision could be the best word of comfort; hope and a letter of His love for Judah and Jerusalem - for God will one day restore and rebuild Judah and Jerusalem again🙏🙏🙏
2nd portion ----- Actually, the Book Zechariah is a Messianic Book. Zech 9:9 is about the Triumph Entrance into Jerusalem by Jesus Christ riding on a donkey! In the same paragraph, “Judah is _my_ bow,... Jerusalem is _my_ sword…” (Zech 9:13 NLT), the _My_ here is referring to Jesus Christ too. Therefore:- (1) The White horseman with a bow in hand (bow is Jesus Christ’s Judah - Zechariah 9:13 NLT) - Means that Jesus Christ put His people, the Jews in the hand of USA - President Harris Truman first to recognise Israel as independent country in 1948 (against the objection from then CIA and his Secretary of State, Marshall) - Because of Truman’s favour went to the Jews : As a result, 7 Million Jews in Israel and another 7 Million in USA today (2) Red horseman with big sword was given to him (Jerusalem is Jesus Christ’s sword: Zechariah 9:13 NLT) - 1967, Israel recovered Jerusalem - Dilly and Dally for many terms, other US Presidents talked about making Jerusalem as Capital of Israel. They did nothing! - 2017, President Trump recognised Jerusalem as the Capital of Israel. Moving US Embassy to Jerusalem! That’s why, Israelis called President Harris Truman and Trump modern day King Cyrus whom helped to restore and rebuild Judah and Jerusalem! Praise the Lord! This is the first step for Jesus Christ to return to Jerusalem and Judah to rule for a thousand years (Rev 19-20)!
3rd Portion ---- Third and Fourth horsemen happened when God’s rod and staff in hand rebelled against Him… Gay marriage legalised; abortion; divorce allowed; adulteries; apostate church (gay pastors allowed)…etc Judgements:- Stagflation, wars, rumours of wars, Famine and various kinds were f supply shortages, plague, pestilence and earthquakes … are His judgements. As you can see, these judgements are taking place in front of our eyes already. The next Seal when openeded, will be persecution of churches on massive scale… So, we should be joyful that Jesus Christ is coming back real soon. On the other hand, we pray that these judgements are not His last word, but, there will be massive amount of people repent and cleansed by the coming refinement Fire sent from God🙏🙏🙏
