REVIT-LUMION INITIAL WALKTHROUGH OF A PHIRST PARK HOME UNNA MODIFICATION IN 4K

A basic 3d model of an Unna Unit at Phirst Park Homes in Batulao with modification done in basically in 2D in AutoCAD then the 3d was done Revit Architecture with the initial walkthrough study also in Revit and finally rendering in 4k in Lumion 8 without any special lighting, motion and wind effects as I am still not familiar lumion and my PC is not fast enough to render much complex settings.

Sana po e-publish nyo yung plans at internal modification ng unit nyo para mron akong idea. Meron po ba kayong balak maggawa ng upgrading ng Calista mid?

What's the sqm of this one sir? Lot area and floor are? Thanks so much i like it

Lot area ng Unna na nakuha namin is 99 sqm or 9m frontage and 11m depth. Yung basic Unna unit is around 27sqm per level so 54 sqm total. yung modification is around 35sqm and covered area sa ground floor (not counting yung covered car porch) and yung 2nd floor is roughly 23sqm yung covered area di kasama yung area ng balcony so around 58 sqm.. Pro kung ang mag compute nyan is contractor ang computation is yung buong covered area which is around 107sqm kasama carporch. assume mo na 20k peso per sqm ang cost ng construction ngayon, nasa 2.1mil peso ang cost ng modification.

gawa na po yung plans, hindi pa lang po tapos yung 3d. medyo matatagalan pa po siguro dahil madami pa pong gawa.
