Here in Brazil we don't have this habit. I started doing that when I lived in the US and now I do it in Brazil too... people just walk in and out without even looking at my face... This made me realize how rude people here are! Please guys, do continue holding doors open for people (and remember to say "thank you" when they do it for you ). It might be akward sometimes but it won't kill you. We live in a society so we have to learn how to play this game. Be nice to people. =)
