like Donatello I included the unused Rocksteady voice. it's strange the TMNT rep's only have 1 interaction and team quotes with him... makes me think their non MC quote against Rocksteady will be a generic voice line

It's good to see my favorite fictional character, 1987 Raphael, in this game, and voiced by the legendary Rob Paulsen once again. :-) But I'm a bit disappointed that Raph's dialogue is written less like his sarcastic 1987 self and more like one of his more aggressive counterparts.
