      No need for visa for the child, but the father or mother of the child should be settled in the UK or have British citizenship.

    Hi,your video is really informative,I am about to apply for British passport for my 3 year old who has indian passport and born in the Uk.I received my ILR 1 month ago,Can i apply straight like you applied or do i have to apply through naturalisation.Waiting for your valuable advice.     Also do you get a certificate by post? And a separate email? Also for collecting the certificate do you have to sign for delivery? Please suggest

      @@AryanFun-nh8oz certificates are sent by post and received the email confirmation after we received the certificate. We don’t need to sign for receiving it.our certificate posted through the door.

    During the processing time of 6 months time can baby travel outside as baby has indian passport also

      The child must not spend longer than 90 days out of the country in each year they have lived in the UK

      Yes first you need to apply for citizenship then after receiving the citizenship registration certificate you need to apply for british passport

      If your child born after your PR then you can apply for british passport directly
