‘Seoullo 7017’ closed the Seoul Station overpass, which was created as a ‘vehicle road’ in 1970, and was reborn as a ‘people road’ in 2017.
This pedestrian-only road serves as an urban observatory with over 250 species of plants, including large flower pots.
This video was captured on a rainy day while walking along the public pedestrian path ‘Seoullo 7017’ on a round trip from Hoehyeon Station to Malli-dong via Seoul Station.
