lemon water is so complex bcs the primary disadvantage is that lemons are very acidic, so if you drink it constantly itʼs as if youʼre washing your teeth w/acid which causes massive erosion when you wear away all your enamel thus resulting in yellow teeth. however, one of the primary advantages, (amongst many) is that lemon water is an excellent source of vitamin c and helps with digestion, et. cetera - 😭so technically you can drink it, but not too much and i guess “too much” in this instance translates to constantly.
