I just watched this back and can I just point out how quickly Graeme assumed his character for this dance? Right at the beginning of the video he is beaming, presumably after watching the VT with his kids, then all of a sudden his face changes and his focus lasts the whole of the dance - that’s a skill in itself.
This choreo was FIRE! I think Graeme did brilliantly here!!

Fantastic Graeme and Oti, very sexy and smokey. Oti is such a consummate choreographer and made Graeme look masculine and completely in charge. loved it!

Oti is SO CLEVER.
His training clips showed weak top line and I was worried for him. But his actual performance was surprisingly decent (top line). He even flexed his knees and did heel leads. Like the AT setting and a little nod to Paso towards the end. Still quite a lot of technical stuffs to sort out, but his ballroom has improved significantly from his last effort. 7.5
Terrible version of Roxanne, but very convincing Tango. High drama and camp, which always plays well in a Tango - decent technique too.
Not enough Tango content, only 17 bars of recognisable ballroom (or 'International') Tango in 53 bars of music. The rest was AT, Paso and faff. What he did dance was fine, good strong heel leads, flexed knees, he missed a few head cues, and had a small issue with balance at one point, but this was not bad at all. Oti should have given him a completely straight Tango, he would have done a good job.
I loved this. Graeme is proving that he really CAN dance, and while it wasn't technically perfect, Oti has really brought out the dancer in him. As you say, the little Argentine Tango and Paso Doble accents really enhanced the mood and the expression of the dance, and I also noticed that he was leading very well and hit his heel leads and had the proper flexed knees. Oti really hit it out of the park with the training and the challenging choreography, and Graeme delivered! My score = 9
He is improving every week - fair dues to him. Otis is amazing.
This was inspired!! The intensity was beautiful, and although it wasn’t perfect, Graeme’s improvement in the ballroom since the American Smooth is vast. And I love these two, Oti choreographed this perfectly!!

I thought this was amazing for Graeme! He's come leaps and bounds with his frame and footwork and the attitude of the tango was definitely there!
His ballroom has improved immensely! He acted the dance fantastically, he was on-beat all the way through and really told a story. His arms were stiff, his frame could have been better as well as his footwork, but overall, it was a great routine, with lovely footwork and fantastic performance. He is really working hard. A 7.
Their Charleston was great of course, but to my mind this was their best dance so far.

I really enjoyed this dance! Credit to Oti for the great choreography! 8/10 for me!
Large improvement from his American Smooth. His top line was a lot better, and he did well with the tango footwork. I think his head movements should have been sharper though, and there are just some general technicalities that made this dance look slightly off. I definitely would have liked more in hold too. Still, a grand improvement. 7.5.

I loved the choreography and it was very feirce but he needs to work on his posture but his footwork is very good and it's an improvement over his disastrous week 2 smooth so well done *8/10* (more drama)

From 1:14 I wasn't sure what was happening as we went out of hold. Wasn't keen on that. Loved the start and I love Oti -just finding Graeme to be a bit much. Attack is good but not roughness. A bit OTT at the end- 7.

I’m sorry but I cant even support this. The dance was beautiful but I can’t listen to the song without thinking about Simon webbe’s legendary Argentine to the same song but sounded so much better and this doesn’t even compare even though one is ballroom tango and one is Argentine. Still.

Dawn Harvey definitely the right music! It’s the police and Graeme educating oti on the importance of a decent hard wired security system and a secure house! Putting on the red light meaning an unsafe house and door access issues which oti has experienced a lot!
