Heat oil and margarine in a pan. Add onion, bay leaf, and galangal. Sauté until fragrant. 2. In a blender, combine garlic, shallot, ginger, candlenut, nutmeg, white peppercorn, turmeric, and boiled red chili. Blend until smooth. 3. Add the spice paste to the sautéed mixture. Cook until fragrant, then add cinnamon, star anise, and cloves. Sauté until fragrant. 4. Add tomato and beef. Mix well, then add water, beef liver, sweet soy sauce, salt, sugar, Lee Kum Kee Panda Oyster Sauce, and Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce. Cook over low heat until tender. 5. For the Potato Stir Fry, heat a little oil in a large pan over high heat. Fry the potato until cooked, then set aside. Fry the liver and gizzard separately, then set aside. 6. Set aside some oil, then sauté garlic and shallot until fragrant. 7. Add green chili, red chili, stinky beans, potato, liver and gizzard, salt, pepper, sugar, Lee Kum Kee Panda Oyster Sauce, and Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce. Cook briefly. 8. Add Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil, mix well. 9. Spicy Beef & Liver Stew and Potato Chili Stir Fry are ready to serve.
