I've tried different habits until I created the morning routine that works bets for me: 1. Prayer 2. Skincare 3. Affirmations while I make my bed 4. Meditation (at least 3 times a week, depending how much time I have) 4.Walk in the park with my dog, sometimes I do some grounding. 5. Matcha (sometimes here I set intentions for they day or make a to do list, but I've recently found this can make me more stressed depending on the day/mood so I skip it.) I've been doing this morning routine for almost a year now and I love it. It really helps me have a more peaceful focused day. Thank you for your tips Alina!
I recently heard about how people stopped resting during the menstrual cycle because there was a lot of cultural pushes to be active and even how working out could "help with cramps" etc. After hearing that I felt like I finally had permission to rest during those days and it's been so good for me in working with my cycle with periods of rest and periods of higher activity. Thank you for this message, I needed to hear it!☁☁☁

☁️☁️☁️ i’ve been reading this book called “the alchemy of your dreams” that goes into dream interpretation, lucid dreaming and astral projection too and i’ve been so intrigued. i recently added dream journaling back into my morning routine, so now my mornings look like dream log, sage and prayer, meditation, yoga, a quick workout and some matcha 😊✨
Pisces rising here and been learning how to regulate my emotions when it comes to other people. i find i get overwhelmed by other emotions/feelings. i absorbed others emotion from others so i am learning not to personalize everyone emotions as my own., it s hard i have to remind myself who i am and set boundaries.
“My ideal spiritual practice “ i have fallen off the horse when it comes to doing this consistently but -when I get into nature, normally a long walk, and I set the intention to talk to my spirit guides, which is me talking out loud while I walk about anything that has been on my heart. ( Always making sure no one is around 😂) it normally ends up with me having some kind of emotional release in the form of a good cry . Another practice that really helps me feel connected with my body and my energy is a yoga flow !

I'll record what I pulled in my Auralign planner, this is my first year using your planner and I LOVE it! I noticed with this routine I feel more peaceful and hopeful during the day. ☁☁☁

I call it divine timing, but I swear I am just naturally in sync with the mood, my cycle, and already on task with the things that you recommend during these lunar cycles. I’m grateful for that synchronized energy. 🙏 I keep a dream journal, and it’s been a part of my healing journey, as well as many other journals. I find it very interesting to hear what everybody’s own interpretation of a spiritual practice looks like. For me personally, it involves my meditation and yoga in the morning and nature walk in the afternoon with my dog to connect with the outside and after dinner I usually do some journaling and more meditation. It is not only unsurprising but expected that you would have senses of things coming (precognition) or other psychic abilities because you are so clearly aligned and in tune with the universal energies that astrology espouses. In order to practice and use them all you have to do is maintain an open awareness of them, practice and hone your ability to recognize when they are occurring, and then to learn to access them intentionally and voluntarily. One of the easiest ways to do this is to intuitively consult with oracles on a daily basis such as tarot or other oracle cards, I Ching and Viking runes. I believe I remember you using an oracle during the Venus reading video.

So I am doing something I never do and givie full transparency. The prompt: When was the last time you openly let somebody know how the made you feel whether that was positive, negative or anything on that spectrum? My answer was never. I even cried realizing that I dont say how I feel and I just hide or bury it. I feel like I am losing myself, I not be consisted with anything whether it is journaling, working out or meditating. I feel lost and I want get back to my spiritual ways by I dont know how.
I have a calendar and am trying to form better habits. Funny that you asked about the spiritual habits or routine we identify with - I have "make spiritual time a habit"....going to try that in the morning!
Yes yes yes yes! I hear you about an ideal spiritual practice...I started the.morning time for this after Summer. It seemed to be more time that I needed because I am waking around or after 4/5am where as in the Summer I would take part of the morning and then an Afternoon checkin. Thank you for mentioning the Tibetan book. I'll share that to with some of my loved ones that may be interested. You Express it so eloquently of connecting with people with different spiritual practices. ❤ Also the two week blocks on and a week of taking is at my own pace was so helpful to understand as a menopausal women. 🌤🌤🌤 so much resonated, thank you Alina for sharing! I feel in alignment with my path at this moment, routines have been on my mind a lot this month. Ideally I rise early to give myself that time alone to process, meditate, journal and just Be before starting a day filled with interacting and doing. I’ve also been enjoying being in community spaces lately, the yoga classes I’ve attended have also felt like a safe haven, filled with messages and kind people! So I am doing something I never do and givie full transparency. The prompt: When was the last time you openly let somebody know how the made you feel whether that was positive, negative or anything on that spectrum? My answer was never. I even cried realizing that I dont say how I feel and I just hide or bury it. I feel like I am losing myself, I not be consisted with anything whether it is journaling, working out or meditating. I feel lost and I want get back to my spiritual ways by I dont know how.

Yes yes yes yes! I hear you about an ideal spiritual practice...I started the.morning time for this after Summer. It seemed to be more time that I needed because I am waking around or after 4/5am where as in the Summer I would take part of the morning and then an Afternoon checkin. Thank you for mentioning the Tibetan book. I'll share that to with some of my loved ones that may be interested. You Express it so eloquently of connecting with people with different spiritual practices. ❤ Also the two week blocks on and a week of taking is at my own pace was so helpful to understand as a menopausal women. Journaling this past two months has been so insightful and helping me with action steps. Blessings to you for what you offer here. 🌥🌥🌥
