    Nice slow mo repeat at the end. It helps to see multiple angles and gives you an opportunity to see and learn the various steps by focusing on one aspect at a time.

    sir i have 1 question my height is 6.3 feet and i am 18 years old so do we advantage of height in free style wrestling

    • @KOLATCOM
      @KOLATCOM  7 лет назад +7

      Yes you can use your height as an advantage in wrestling by using your leverage. You will need to work on defending leg attacks by keeping a good stance and drilling your sprawls and other defense. On the feet ankle picks knee picks can be good. On top cradles and leg riding will work to your advantage if you develop these skills.

    In wrestling they cant connect the hands together from this position can they?

    • @KOLATCOM
      @KOLATCOM  9 месяцев назад +1

      Wrong, in the neutral position you can lock hands around the body and the torso. If you are locking around the neck you must always include an arm. The locked hands ban rule is from the referee's position in folkstyle wrestling. Top man cannot lock his hands around the bottom man's torso while in control with bottom man having at least one knee on the mat.

    Using the Russian tie after the escape would be a good move

    In this situation I like to milk the cow(pull the tricep) and at the same times pull the outside leg. It doesn’t work all of the time but I think it’s a cool move and it’s satisfying if it works

    Hello, how to escape when you 100% got front headlocked

    • @KOLATCOM
      @KOLATCOM  8 месяцев назад

      Here are a couple of good options.

    What about international rules where you are allowed to close your grip during the headlock or what if they wrap around their arms holding their triceps?

    • @KOLATCOM
      @KOLATCOM  8 лет назад +5

      +Mr. Lolo If they lock their hands you will attack the lock and peel to gain 2 on 1 control. If they wrap and lock arms deep they are susceptible to a knee tap dump.

    Come on Cary, you know the proper technique for front headlock is to keep their head in the middle of your chest with elbows in.. if a mistake is made? Then this would be a great counter.

    • @davidschneider6640
      @davidschneider6640 5 лет назад

      I would assume the idea is to grab the hand near the chin immediately when the transition into the headlock starts, soyou move out before the headlock is 100% established with this move.
