GR (Gazoo Racing) is simply the 'new' division (and dear i say, rebranded) which commenced in 2007. TRD still exists as a different department, but TRD Japan and TRD US are completely different. TRD US predominantly caters to modified/modifying trucks and SUV vehicles in the USA. TRD Japan on the otherhand offers way more parts for a broader range of vehicles (including a lot of cars of course), though they aren't making parts for engine performance anymore; you'll more get suspension set-ups and exhaust etc. nowadays from TRD Japan. As time progresses, Toyota will continue to re-lable TRD parts as GR. So this is the history and difference between the two.
I really hope Forza continues to add cars like this. The upgrade potential of normal cars is way more fun than the latest hypercars because more people have access to cars like this in real life. More daily traffic cars with cool kits and big engine swaps forza PLEASE

Most actual full-on wide body kits include new/replacement front and rear bumpers, complete fender replacements, as well as optional wings, diffusers, and splitters, which is why they're more expensive.
well even then, many kits that are just fenders only can be like 3-4k usd just because name, I seen (granted it was fb marketplace) rocket bunny frs/brz fenders only for almost 3k

So watching your videos got me back into forza, i hadn't played in 3 years and now im obsessed its like a whole new game im a customizer and spend alot of time on vinyls and rims 😂 id love to see colored headlights, underglow, and customizable licenses plates for each car along with being able to use the factory rims in the game on other cars tell taketwo to make it happen!

The thing that drives me up the wall with this game is the entirety of the festival playlist. I don't personally have a lot of time to play these games and I don't want to spend real money to get digital cars. What pisses me off is that these cars are COMPLETELY unobtainable after the festival playlist passes. If you're lucky, they get added to the autoshow and then everybody who unlocked them manually gets mad because they put time into it that they didn't need to. Why should I have to wait for Horizon 6 to get cars from Horizon 5 that I was unlucky enough to not be around to unlock when they were in the playlist? Either put them in the autoshow, allow us to unlock them in barns, or do something to allow them to be unlocked after the playlist expires. And for those of you saying "Use the auction house", it's a miracle if you can even FIND one of these in the auction house, let alone find one not selling for multiple millions of credits. This game is ridiculous as of now, and that combined with my lack of free time is just why it's not worth playing anymore, and I really wish more people felt that way.
Nick doesn't get what sleeper means by changing the rear wing and adding a widebody kit. A sleeper looks stock whilst tuning everything under the hood.
I think that every other week we should have a hypercar and then an every-day normal car rather than lots of hyper cars or normal cars at the same time. Or because normal cars are more requested and cheaper irl they could be for 20pts every week and the hypercars being less requested could be 40pts every week making everyone happy and having lots of new cars.
And finally, we've got the first Camry to make it's way 🔙 into a Horizon game ever since the last one, which was all the way 🔙 in FH1! #TalkAboutNostalgia

The Landcruiser are only a “GR sport”. Only really an appearance package and Maybe some suspension tuning. The real “GR” models like the Yaris GR and Supra are the performance models.
Just got this game for my son and I. Does the turning get better in this game as the cars are upgraded or does it remain atrocious? As soon as the break is hit in a race you just end up sliding 10 miles away from the track.
